- We reserve the right to showcase completed work in our portfolio unless otherwise requested in writing.
6. Website & Hosting Terms
- For hosted websites, we offer additional services such as backups, uptime monitoring, and security scanning.
- Clients are responsible for renewing domains and hosting unless managed by us under a service plan.
- Abuse, malware, or illegal content will result in immediate suspension and possible reporting.
7. Limitation of Liability
While we strive to deliver high-quality and secure work, Definitive Tech Solutions is not liable for incidental or consequential damages, loss of data, downtime, or financial loss resulting from the use or inability to use our services or website.
